Inside the Villa

The open plan ‘L’ shaped lounge/kitchen diner is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, including fan assisted oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and ceiling fan for your comfort. Patio doors lead out onto a good sized balcony which is also fully furnished:

Bedroom 1:
Has double bed, fully fitted with wardrobes, a hair dryer is provided. Air conditioning and ceiling fan adds to your comfort.

Patio doors lead to a rear high walled courtyard that also houses a washing machine.

Bedroom 2:
Has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes, air-con and ceiling fan. TV and video are provided for your entertainment. Patio doors lead to front garden that is fully furnished and has a large BBQ.

The ground floor bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle, toilet and vanity unit. Towels are provided. Solar powered water heating provides ample hot water plus there is an immersion heater for the cooler months.

Duvets are provided for cooler months, there are also two gas powered portable fires and air-con units that can be used for extra heating.

The views from the balcony are breathtaking and incorporate the Troodos Mountains, the sea and rolling, unspoilt hills.
